Fansbuy as a shopping agent, seen from the checkout box
Who Fansbuy is, how an order runs from link to doorstep, where the permission enters along the way, and what to ask any agent about money taken from your balance.
What Fansbuy is
Fansbuy is a shopping agent that purchases requested products from supported Chinese marketplaces, receives them in its warehouse and arranges onward shipping. The seller supplies the goods; Fansbuy handles purchasing and warehouse services, while a selected carrier handles delivery. Entering a link through Fill & Buy is a request, not a guarantee that every product is accepted.
The current terms name Fansbuy Limited, company number 17357407. Verify the contracting entity and current terms for your own order; this guide does not independently certify the company or the transaction.
Fansbuy’s interface and help centre run in seven languages, English among them.

How to order with Fansbuy, step by step
Fansbuy’s Beginner Guide sets out seven steps, and the permission appears in two of them. Step 1 is selecting an item by pasting a link or searching; step 2 is choosing colour, size and quantity; step 3 is confirming the order and paying the product price plus the shop’s shipping. That is the first tick.
Step 4 is Fansbuy buying the item, with room for remarks or extra services. Step 5 is inspection and storage: weighing, photos, and the item appearing in the Packing Centre. Step 6 is submitting a parcel and paying the shipping deposit, which is the second tick and where Method 5 sits. Step 7 is shipment and tracking.
The purchase and parcel payment are different decisions. Check the current order messages and transaction records throughout; a guide’s stage number does not restrict when a correction can appear. Follow the seven stages with the official screenshots.

Why Fansbuy, and when another agent may suit you better
Most shopping agents do the same basic job, and on all of them prices and shipping can change after you pay. That part is not a reason to pick any one of them.
Fansbuy documents an optional balance permission, separate order and parcel ticks, and deductions limited to its wallet. Its help describes warehouse inspection and 90 free storage days from the “In warehouse” status. Photo counts and service-fee descriptions differ across public pages, so confirm the actual inspection package and checkout charges rather than choosing solely from an advertised free-service claim.
Choose an agent by the full route available to your destination, the total price, evidence you receive before shipping and how support resolves a problem. Fansbuy’s public service-fee help and payment material conflict; verify the current total before topping up. A new account holder should start with a manageable order and inspect the workflow before committing a large budget.

Questions worth asking any agent about your balance
When comparing agents, fees and shipping lines get the attention, but how to choose an agent also includes how it treats your money between payment and shipping. Four questions settle most of it.
Does it use a standing permission, or does every difference need your click? If there is a permission, is its ceiling written down, in which currency, and does it apply per difference or per order? What can it draw on: only the balance, as Fansbuy states, or also a saved card? And where do requests arrive when it cannot settle something itself?
An agent that answers these in writing, with a date, is easier to trust with a balance than one that answers in a chat window.

Other shopping agents and how they usually handle a difference
Other shopping agents meet the same problem and solve it in roughly three ways. Some send a request for every gap and hold the order until it is paid. Some, like Fansbuy, offer a standing permission with a limit and draw small differences from a wallet. Others avoid most shipping differences by charging shipping only after the parcel is packed and weighed, which Fansbuy offers as an option through its rehearsal package.
None of these is free of trade-offs, and agents change their approach over time. What matters is that the method is written down where you can read it before you top up.
Compare the total cost, eligible delivery route, inspection options and current refund conditions for your own order. This site explains Fansbuy’s published workflow; it does not rank other agents without comparable evidence.

Fansbuy’s written stance on counterfeit goods
Fansbuy’s Anti-Counterfeiting Policy, filed under Usage Statement next to the agreement, says in plain terms that buying counterfeit products is strictly prohibited. It lists what it means, from pirated copies to goods that infringe someone’s intellectual property, and sets out consequences: orders declined, accounts suspended, funds withheld, and inauthentic items disposed of at the buyer’s expense.
Its disclaimer add that products come from third-party platforms and are not sold by Fansbuy directly, and its search terms say Fansbuy does not verify the quality or authenticity of what it finds. Those lines sit alongside the policy rather than replacing it.
This site links only to ordinary product categories and covers nothing about telling goods apart.
